Position Summary Reporting to the Sr Supply Chain Manager, this role plays a critical part in production planning and operations management. You will develop and manage finite, capacity‑constrained production schedules, translating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable shopfloor plans. This role ensures that production activity is aligned to capacity, materials, and demand priorities, while driving schedule adherence, stability, and operational performance in linewith Dexcom’s Class A Playbook. Execution schedules are expected to be maintained at daily/hourly granularity and measured for on‑time, in‑full delivery performance.
Responsibilities
You’ll develop and manage detailed finite schedules, considering Equipment capacity, Labour availability, shift patterns, Material readiness, Changeovers and sequencing constraints
You’ll convert Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable shopfloor schedules in time‑phased buckets (daily/hourly)
You’ll ensure optimal sequencing to maximise throughput and minimise downtime
You’ll monitor and drive adherence to production schedules (timing and quantity) across operations
You’ll lead daily/weekly reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
You’ll identify production constraints and capacity shortfalls
You’ll adjust schedules dynamically while maintaining alignment to business priorities
You’ll support structured schedule change control and approval processes
You’ll partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve execution risks
Qualifications
You have a strong understanding of Finite scheduling principles, MRP / MPS processes and Capacity planning
You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Copilot, Outlook, Teams and Smartsheets is preferable
You have experience with ERP/MRP systems
You have experience in the medical device or CPG industry
You have experience working with distribution networks is advantageous
You have experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PLM and Anaplan systems networks is advantageous
Experience and Education Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
