Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a mortgage role is essential.The Role: Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors Support our customers through the Mortgage process from AIP through to drawdown Dealing with client queries Manage follow up via phone calls and emails About You: To join us as a Mortgage Administrator, you will need: 1+ years' administrative experienceExperience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous The ability to work independently as well as part of a team The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-taskingComputer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel&Outlook, use of CRM systems Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative Excellent interpersonal&communication skills (both written&verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis
