Previous management experience is essential within a grocery retail setting Strong team leading skills Be able to work in both a team and on their own initiative Have a strong understanding of the local market, consumer behaviour and emerging trends in the store industry Have strong communication skillsBe able to multi task Knowledge of store budgets such as staff wages or waste, and some financials of the store Responsibilities

Support the store manager in leading and managing the team.
