We are currently recruiting an Food & Beverage Administrator to join our excellent Food & Beverage team at Carton House.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the Director of Food & Beverage and senior F&B managers with administrative duties.
  • Monitor the dining reservation inbox for the Hotel.
  • Respond to all F&B guest correspondence via phone, email and messaging tools.
  • Liaising with Marketing department on various projects, menu updates and promotional content.
  • Update and print menus for all F&B outlets, group bookings and events.
  • Work closely with the HR Department regarding onboarding of Food & Beverage new starters and matters relating to employees in the department.
  • Ensure all information is current and up to date on Sevenrooms platform, training new users as required.
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks.


The successful candidate will:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a host or F&B reservations position
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • A real understanding of hotel operation.
  • Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
  • Previous hospitality experience desired. 
  • A structured and organized approach to work planning.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
