Pharmacy Technician Location
Hickeys, Maynooth. Hours and Schedule
This is a 40‑hour (5‑day) specified purpose position. Store opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Team
The team consists of a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Supervising Pharmacist, 2 Support staff, 1 Relief, and 2 Technicians. Benefits

Be accurate with excellent attention to detail. Prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner. Control stock levels and order medicines according to store requirements. Prepare blister packs and process and track claims. Report to and support the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary.Requirements
Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply. Experience with McLernons MPS is an advantage. IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is an advantage.
