Homecare Branch Manager Cork Do you have experience managing large numbers of remote workers and are looking for a growing business where you can make a real difference? You will be taking over the management of Comfort Home Cares Cork office, one of our fastest growing regions, which is targeted for significant expansion across the county.

The team currently consists of 26 Home Care Assistants and 5 team members who will support you in delivering excellence in care for older people and individuals with disabilities.

As the leader of the Cork branch you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, working with our recruitment teams to grow staffing levels, and focusing on retention of our current staff. In addition, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the operation, maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate client care plans, report and develop your team.

Promote the highest standards of care and service– ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business and in line with the Company, HSE and HIQA standards.

Develop and manage relationships with Clients, HSE/PHN's/OT's and home support office.

Participate in the development and marketing of the company.

You will bring

Proven people and performance management skills

Commercially aware and business minded

Comfortable designing processes, reporting and presenting to management.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
