Assist customers in finding OTC products based on their needs and preferences, providing accurate information and advice. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer service goals. What Skills You Need

Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential. Knowledge of OTC healthcare products is highly desirable. Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. What’s on Offer

Salary ranging from€14.15 to €15.50 per hour 40-hour working week with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks. No Sundays or public holidays, and only 1 in 3 Saturdays required. Enjoy employee discounts on pharmacy products. What’s Next
