This role is ideal for a nurse seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and a move away from busy hospital environments while continuing to deliver high standards of clinical care to an amazing child in their home.

Available Shifts Day Shifts:

Monday to Saturday, 7:00am– 3:00pm

Night Shifts:

Monday to Saturday, 8-hour night shifts

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one paediatric community care in the child’s home as part of BAYADA's clinical team.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care with a focus on safety and continuity of care.

Build and maintain strong relationships with families and carers.

Collaborate with the clinical team to plan, implement and evaluate care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

RCN, RGN or RNID qualified

Registered with NMBI

Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship

Experience in paediatric or complex care

A passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care for a child in the community
