The Role
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
Data Entry and management of various online systems.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers with scheduling maintenance and service appointments.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
