Site Engineer - Main Contractor - Athlone

Office/Project Location: Athlone, Westmeath

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Site Based pharma construction project

Pay: €55K - €75K and negotiable dependent on experience

Experience: 3+ years of experience

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout Ireland and Europe. 

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

Site Engineers at all levels of experience is required for a life science construction & refurbishment project based in Athlone. 

Supporting the Project Manager and the wider team to provide technical advise on the project

Daily liaison with the project team, design team and subcontractors

Setting out, levelling and quality control, including concrete quality through cube sampling, slump testing, etc.

Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site.

Monitoring and recording of materials, plant, and logistics

Record keeping and reporting

Requirements

Relevant Third level Degree

3+ years’ experience working with main contractors or sub contractors

Excellent IT skills – knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, Microsoft
