Senior Sales Support Administrator, Naas

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced commercial team based in Naas. Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative sales environment and has strong administration and customer support experience.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar sales support or commercial administration background and will be confident managing multiple priorities while supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to‑day administrative support to the sales team

Prepare reports, presentations, and sales‑related documentation

Manage and maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy

Support pricing administration, customer forecasts, and sales tracking

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Process customer account forms and amendments

Assist with reporting and sales analysis

Support promotional events and sales team activities

Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar Sales Support / Sales Administration role

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong MS Excel skills and good systems experience

Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

Experience working in FMCG or B2B environments would be advantageous

Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools beneficial

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00/8:30am– 4:30/5:00pm

Fully Office Based

Salary 35K + DOE
