We now have a fantastic new opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

Main Duties

Ensure that our customers receive excellent service of beverages in the Restaurant

Assist with correct rostering within the department

Engage with guests and act upon guest feedback, actively encouraging customer reviews

Ensure SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained

Assist in providing team training on our standards and customer service

Work alongside and support our Restaurant Manager in all departmental projects and initiatives

Motivate and create an engaging work environment for all team members

Have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it

Guide and mentor the restaurant team

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude

Passionate about hospitality and excellent service

Flexible with hours and own transport

Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
