General Operative, Naas

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy and growing food production facility in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the food industry, with real opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Working across both high-risk and low-risk production areas

Assisting with food preparation, packing, and labelling

Ensuring all hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times

Following company procedures and health&safety guidelines

Supporting team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

Previous experience in a food production environment is an advantage but not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Flexibility to work across different production areas

Working Hours

Primary shift: 6:00am– 2:30pm

Flexibility required to move to an evening shift (2:30pm– 11:00pm) later in the year if needed
