An exciting role has arisen within the Ireland Sales team to join as a Customer Support Executive. The Role
The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial team for the Convenience, Discount and Export accounts in Ireland, by completing administrative tasks, liaising cross‑functionally with key internal departments and externally where appropriate. Operating as a key member of a cross‑functional Customer team, including Finance, Supply Chain, Brand&Shopper Marketing and Category, who are all working towards driving sales across all our brands. Responsibilities
Developing excellent working relationships with relevant customer contacts Delivering the Nomad Values every day Accuracy and timeliness of required administration, e.g.: Invoice cost changes&accrual set up Internal promotional sign‑off External promotional submissions Download and review of weekly pricing data Effective management of deductions External field sales reporting management Contribution to the delivery of the target P&L for the overall account Communication of forecast amendments to demand planning and updating internal tracking files About You
FMCG experience is highly desirable Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Must be strong in stakeholder management, particularly with customers Comfortable with working at pace Experience of budget management highly desirable Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently What we can offer you
