About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join our Flavour Production team in Naas. This is a hands‑on role where you will support the creation and preparation of flavourings while working closely with flavourists and cross‑functional teams. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of flavour formats and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, consistent products, while also developingyour technical and sensory expertise.

Key responsibilities

Prepare a variety of flavour formats including

Liquid blend topnotes

Powder flavourings (dry blends&spray dry)

Thermal process flavourings

Liquid extracts

Ensure precision in measurements and strict adherence to formulations and recipes

Support the flavourist team in preparing and participating in tastings of finished flavourings and raw materials

Develop the ability to taste, evaluate, and accurately describe flavour attributes

Maintain a high standard of laboratory organisation, workflow efficiency, and hygiene

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support flavour development and application

Contribute to a proactive, collaborative team environment while supporting day‑to‑day laboratory operations

Build relationships with other regional sites, with Naas supported by Runcorn, Mozzo, and Grasse, ensuring strong networks are established to enable access to materials and support operational efficiency.
