Chef de Partie
to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Key Requirements
Creative and passionate about culinary arts
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and have positive attitude
Flexible with hours/ own transport
Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
Full working rights in Ireland.
Main Duties
Preparing and presenting quality dishes for the Pippin Tree restaurant.
Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standard.
Working knowledge of HACCP&Food Safety regulations.
Engage with guests and act upon guest feedback.
Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained.
Provide team training on our standards and customer service.
Work alongside and support our Executive Head Chef.
Motivate and create an engaging work environment within the department.
Have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it.
