We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse operatives on a daily basisEnsure all warehouse activities are completed efficiently and to a high standardAssign tasks and keep track of team performanceUse Counterbalance and Reach forklifts when requiredMonitor stock levels and support goods-in and dispatch functionsPromote and maintain a strong health & safety culture

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (essential)Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environmentGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead by example and drive team performancePPT licence would be beneficial, but not required

Pay & Hours

€18.00 per hourMonday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
