This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Naas. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for commercial management of fit‑out and refurbishment projects, conduct thorough quantity take‑offs and cost planning to ensure accurate project costing, procurement and subcontractor management, preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts, contract administration and risk management. Reporting directly to senior management.Qualifications

Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum 7+ years’ experience (fit‑out experience desirable) Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and organisational ability Ambitious, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset Proficient with QStake‑off software package (CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft, Excel etc)Previous experience in commercial fit‑out or construction projects is advantageous What we offer
