Job Description This is a great opportunity to gain valuable supervised experience. All training will be provided The participant will be fully trained and mentored in how to:-Prepare items for online profiling so that stock can be listed in the best possible way including styling and steaming.-Photograph stock and prepare product descriptions and content for upload.-Day to day operations of the online store picking orders and packaging items for delivery.-Respond to online customer queries.-Process inbound deliveries of stock in a timely manner. ensuring stock locations are created and maintained. Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education&Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP. Formal Training:- NCBI full health and safety training- Induction. - E commerce training on styling and profiling stock- How to fill orders and prepare deliveries. - E Commerce trainingInformal Training:- Communication Skills- Teamwork
