My client, a well-established Insurance Brokerage based in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility with either part-time mornings or a full-time position.

As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will be primarily focused on processing renewals, helping free up other staff to manage MTAs and day-to-day queries. The role also requires office-based support during holiday leave to ensure smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process personal lines renewals efficiently.

Provide office cover during staff holidays as needed.

Support the wider team by handling documentation and maintaining compliance standards.

Utilise Relay to process policies with accuracy and independence.

Requirements

APA or CIP qualified (or working towards).

Previous experience within a broking environment.

Strong knowledge of Relay with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
