The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounts team by handling payment runs, supplier reconciliations, invoice processing, and supporting the month-end close. Why Apply? Onsite parking Great opportunity to be a part of a team Exposure to the full AP cycle Join a stable, well-established construction company Salary Range: €35,000-€40,000 Key Responsibilities: Invoice processing by reviewing, verifying, coding, and filing supplier invoices. Sorting, coding, and matching invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy before preparing them for payment. Supporting the full end-to-end accounts payable cycle. Liasing with supplier and maintain a strong working relationship. Preparing and completing monthly supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy of account balances. Managing petty cash, including issuing funds, recording transactions, and reconciling balances. Maintaining accurate and organized historical financial records. Reviewing internal processes. Person Specification & Qualifications: 2-4 years relevant accounts experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with SAGE is advantageous. High level of numerical accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively to deadlines. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
