Accounts Assistant, Meath

Your new company

This international logistics company are seeking an Accounts assistant to join the team for an initial 9-month contract, with a view to permanency. This organisation are based in Clonee, very close to the Dublin 15 border and offer hybrid work once settled in. The role is to work directly alongside the FD and alongside the management and financial accounting teams.

Your new role

You will be tasked with duties such as

Monitor and take ownership of company banking VAT and other tax returnsInvoice processingReconciliationAssist with AR and billingMeeting notes and diary management Office admin and filingOther ad-hoc PA and office management duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you will have

3+ Years' experience working in a similar role Exposure to office and diary managementStrong knowledge of banking, invoicing and taxation Ability to work well on your own initiative, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively Other EU language an advantage but not required.Experience working with ERP systems and working knowledge of Excel an advantage.
