Your new role

This role is crucial in ensuring financial stability and compliance during the transition period as the current Group Financial Controller steps down by the end of June. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:Lead group-wide financial compliance, reporting, and audit oversightManage accounts across multiple international entitiesOversee intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing policiesEnsure compliance with statutory and tax regulationsDrive ERP improvements focused on financial controls and automationLead a global finance team, ensuring operational efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)Strong Group Financial Controller experience in a multi-entity environmentBackground in software or technology finance preferredExperience with Netsuite or similar ERP systemsHigh attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiencies

• 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
