Prospects is partnering with a family office that requires a candidate who is flexible for a multifaceted role. The requirement is for someone to manage financial administration, oversee elements of the office, and support the family office's management. Responsibilities: Prepare and process all bank payments Post all bank transactions Assist with the day-to-day matters for all properties Database and all related information management Ad hoc duties Required skills: Proficient in journal entries Experience and strong in Excel Communication skills Basic accounting understanding Discretion and integrity are critical Due to the nature of the role. Confidentiality and discretion are key to the role. Initially, a 12-month contract. View for permanency. The requirement is 3 days on-site and can be a 4-day-a-week role.
