Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie– County Meath We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-established kitchen in County Meath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who is looking to further develop their career in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently

Manage your section efficiently during service

Support junior kitchen staff and maintain high standards

Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (essential)

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

A positive attitude and strong team ethic
