This role is crucial for maintaining financial records in compliance with Law Society regulations and managing the office operations efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain all financial records to ensure compliance with Law Society regulations. Manage daily financial transactions. Prepare quarterly balancing statements. Prepare and file VAT returns. Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance with revenue requirements. Oversee day-to-day office administration, provide IT support, and ensure efficient office operations. Required Skills&Qualifications: Proven experience in legal bookkeeping. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.
