Applicants must have a Level 6 Social Care qualification with relevant experience, or a degree-level qualification with 2 years' experience, or 4 years' experience in health and social care. A minimum of 1 year's experience supporting people with intellectual disability, ABI or autism and a full valid EU/EEA driving licence are essential. This role includes mentoring staff, leading shifts and delivering high-quality person-centred support.
