Role Description We are looking for a Chef to join our team at Ardmore Open Farm&Mini Zoo in Ardmore, Co. Waterford. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the team to create a top-quality dining experience for our visitors. The Chef will also assist in menu planning and contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment in the kitchen.

What we’re looking for

A genuine love of cooking

Kitchen experience (formal qualifications not essential)

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene&HACCP practices

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Confidence in food prep and stock control
