Key Responsibilities:

• Service Management: Ensure top-tier service delivery across various lines.
• Customer Satisfaction: Drive service excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe, compliant environment and address any issues promptly.
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors for services like pest control and groundskeeping.
• Financial Performance: Ensure robust financial performance and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.
• Collaboration: Work with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and HR.
• Strategic Support: Assist in developing business strategies aligned with client needs.
• Governance: Ensure consistent governance at each site.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams.
• Strong client relationship and people management skills.
• Ability to develop commercially viable solutions.
• Capability to manage multiple workloads in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial and commercial information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to lead business change programs.
• Innovative mindset with a ‘can do & improve’ attitude.
