- Service Management: Ensure top-tier service delivery across various lines.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive service excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe, compliant environment and address any issues promptly.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors for services like pest control and groundskeeping.
- Financial Performance: Ensure robust financial performance and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.
- Collaboration: Work with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and HR.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing business strategies aligned with client needs.
- Governance: Ensure consistent governance at each site.
- Experience managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams.
- Strong client relationship and people management skills.
- Ability to develop commercially viable solutions.
- Capability to manage multiple workloads in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial and commercial information.
