Duty Manager - Clanree Hotel

The 4 star Clanree Hotel In Letterkenny is looking for an experienced Duty Manager with 2 years Food & Beverage management / supervisor experience.

The Duty Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a strong Management background.

Duties and responsibilities:

To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times

To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively

To manage the smooth running of the hotel

To ensure that SOPs are followed by staff

To communicate and work effectively with our management team

To have a knowledge on all Food & Beverage menu items

Requirements:

To have previous experience in a Duty Management role

Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team

Excellent communication skills.

Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.

Fluent level of spoken and written English is essential

Ability to work and manage confidently especially during busy periods.
