The client is a Civil Engineering Contractor that is expanding rapidly within the industry and has a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. The client requires the successful candidates to have previous road/civils experience.The Contractor has a number of live projects and is able to offer excellent career progression. Civil Site Supervisor Job Responsibilities

Manage daily asphalt surfacing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant logistics to meet targets Conduct site inspections, set out works, and maintain progress records Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal teams for smooth deliveryOversee traffic management and ensure safe execution of works Assist Contracts Manager with planning and resource allocation Promote sustainable practices like Warm Mix Asphalt and RAP Civil Site Supervisor Job Requirements

Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar At least 3 years’ experience ideally in a supervisory role Good knowledge of asphalt production, laying methods, and quality control Up-to-date with health and safety standards; Safe Pass and Manual Handling certs requiredStrong communication, leadership, and organisational abilities Skilled in setting out, surveying, and reading technical plans Familiarity with council surfacing contracts and public sector frameworks desirable Full driving licence This client appreciates the value of hard work, professional working practices and high standards and in return can offer an excellent overall package to the right person.For any more information on the role, please don’t hesitate to contact
