Responsibilities

Lead and manage all commercial aspects of development projects Prepare, manage, and forecast budgets and cost plans Oversee procurement, contracts, and tender processes Ensure strong cost control and value engineering practices Manage risk assessments and financial reporting Work closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholdersAbout You

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in property development or construction Strong knowledge of JCT and other standard contract forms Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (RICS preferred) Detail-oriented, strategic, and a strong team playerWhat’s on Offer
