Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for achieving our sales performance targets, developing and empowering our sales teams, liaising directly with our franchise partners, delivering excellent customer service and driving profitability to new heights.The Candidate

The successful candidate will be in a senior sales position, with a proven track record in car sales, target achievement and sales team management. With the ability to lead by example the candidate will develop and motivate our sales team to achieve their true potential. The candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of new and used car markets with firsthand experience of retailing both new and used passenger and light commercial vehicles.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Fitzpatricks Garage Group’s future growth and development.
