– Site Engineer Project

– €60M + New Build Development Job Location

– Cork City Salary

– €45K - €55K + package About the Company New opportunity to work with a Top Tier Main Contractor on a new commercial RC Frame project in the city. The project has a 2-year programme but future work in Cork means this is a permanent role within a well-established company. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to progress into site management down the line and the company will provide assistance with any professional development.Excellent starting salary and package on offer The Role

Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning and construction of the project and checking that works are completed as per drawings.Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Site Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Work with design team and architects to quickly and efficiently overcome any technical issues that may arise during the construction stage Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.Update the site diary and assist with QA/QC inspections. Requirements

A Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in ROI. Experience in RC Frame works is desirable but not essential. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey&level, temporary works co-ordination. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
