We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a renowned 5-star resort in Kildare. This luxury resort is known for offering exceptional dining experiences, from fine dining to more casual yet high-quality restaurant options. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier cuisine to our guests while working in a dynamic and professional kitchen environment.

About the Role As Chef de Partie, you will manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring each dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You will work alongside a talented team under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to both fine dining and large-scale event catering. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your section efficiently, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standard

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on the preparation and execution of seasonal menus and special event dishes

Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to culinary standards and food safety regulations

Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring kitchen procedures are consistently followed

Assist with ordering, stock control, and resource management to minimize waste

Ensure the highest levels of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained at all times

Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal specials

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine dining kitchen

A passion for preparing high-quality food using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage your section during service

Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure in a busy kitchen

Knowledge of food safety and health&safety regulations

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or fine dining environment is a plus

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
