Floor Manager , Tommy Hilfiger - Kildare Village

Role Overview The Floor Manager plays a key role in achieving our in‑store standards, leading by example, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences.

Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.

Support the management team in all personnel, product, merchandising, business process, and store results management.

Communicate daily sales goals, KPIs, and performance results to staff to help them achieve outstanding service.

Conduct“one minute meetings” at the end of employees’ shifts, summarizing performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.

Execute and model company best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention, and point‑of‑sale.

Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results, including sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.

Report to the Store Manager on competitors and community information that could impact business.

Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.

Manage customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Analyze store‑level reports and develop action plans to improve results.

Communicate with the Store Manager about day‑to‑day operational issues.

Perform manager‑on‑duty functions; manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.

About You

Have a proven supervisory or specialist track record within a premium or luxury brand.

Have people‑management experience with conflict resolution and performance improvement.

Communicate effectively and build relationships easily.

Be a team player who recognizes and celebrates others’ contributions.

Give feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.

Work well with change, adapt quickly, and keep pace with the environment.

Exude energy and authenticity with a clear presence on the shop floor.

Approach issues with a“can‑do” mindset and take initiative to find in‑store solutions.
