Responsibilities

Take ownership of and be responsible for your section in the kitchen, ensuring the smooth running of the section and maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene.

Prepare all ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.

Meticulously ensure all special requests made by our guests are met.

Prepare dishes to the required specifications and contribute to ongoing discussions on how we can continue to improve.

Ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.

All staff are expected to remain inclusive and respectful, promoting a positive working atmosphere.

Work well on your own initiative and as part of a close‑knit team.

Qualifications&Ideal Candidate

Previous experience, experience within the hotel industry is advantageous.

Passion and genuine interest in food at all levels.

Friendly team player with the ability to work well under pressure.

Familiar with all HACCP regulations and procedures.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Flexible working hours.
