Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving key projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:Leading project planning sessionsEnsuring there is high-quality work being performed on siteCoordinating staff and internal resourcesManaging project progress and adapting work as requiredLiaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and managementEnsuring projects meet deadlinesManaging relationships with clients and stakeholdersOverseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentationDesigning risk mitigation plansConducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staffWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)Previous on-site experience.What you'll get in returnIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with the following:
