PART 2: Role Purpose The core focus of this role is to manage, coordinate and maintain documents and information in compliance with ISO19650.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities Health and Safety: Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you BIM Process Implementation and Management: Set up and maintaining BIM workflows, ensuring they align with project requirements and company standards. Information Management: Manage and distribute project information, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the necessary data. Develop and Implement BIM Execution Plan: Develop, maintain and implement a BEP for all projects, outlining how BIM will be used on the project. Clarify roles, responsibilities, processes, and standards related to BIM, ensuring alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders. Familiarity with Construction Management Software: Revit Knowledge essential, experience in either Procore, DFM, BIM360 or similar Construction Management Software. Model Development and Coordination: Develop and coordinate designs across different disciplines. Clash Detection and Resolution: Ability to utilise clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts within the model, ensuring constructability and minimizing rework. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and disciplines, ensuring smooth project workflow. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the models and drawings meet project standards and requirements. PART 4: Person Specification Experience and Qualifications Qualification in BIM or Digital Construction Background in Architecture/Architectural Technology preferable but not Essential Minimum 5 years’ post graduate experience in the construction industry Skills & Competencies (evidence of)
Technical Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Interpersonal Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Business Skills Attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced environment Personal Decisive, self-motivated with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times Innovative, creative and proactive with a solution orientated approach
