About the Role: Commercial Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join one of Ireland’s newest and most forward-thinking construction developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities, managing budgets, contract negotiations, and driving the financial success of multiple key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all commercial aspects of multiple projects, from inception to completion.

Oversee contract negotiations, cost planning, and procurement strategies.

Ensure project financial success by managing budgets, risk, and forecasting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Provide leadership to a talented team of commercial and quantity surveying professionals.

Skills&Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and financial control.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with high-value, complex developments is an advantage.

Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
