Oversee the delivery of multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget control.
Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and resources.
Liaise with clients, ensuring effective communication and delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Manage risk assessments, contracts, and project documentation.
Drive the project schedule, ensuring all work is completed on time and to standard.
Key Requirements
Significant experience in a Contracts Manager role within the civil engineering sector.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and project teams.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and budget management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
