Reality Capture Business Manager, Kildare

We are seeking a commercially minded and technically capable Reality Capture Business Manager to support and grow our laser scanning and reality capture business across Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an established product line built around industry-leading technology from Leica Geosystems. The role combines sales, technical demonstrations, customer support, and business development within a growing and high-value technology sector. The successful candidate will work with an existing customer base with significant opportunities to expand the business further. This role suits someone with experience in digital construction, surveying, laser scanning, or geospatial technology who wants to take on greater commercial responsibility and develop into a senior business leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Support LES's existing customer base with all their reality capture and mapping requirements Support the hire coordinator with managing the availability and utilisation of the existing hire fleet Grow our reality capture and laser scanning business across Ireland Manage sales of laser scanning hardware, software, and solutions Deliver customer demonstrations and workflow presentations Support customers with implementation and technical adoption Manage and grow existing customer relationships and renewals Identify new opportunities in the construction, engineering, and surveying sectors Work with management to develop business growth strategies What we're looking for: Experience in digital construction, laser scanning, surveying, geospatial, or reality capture technology (2 years minimum) Strong customer-facing communication skills Commercial awareness and interest in business development is desirable Technical aptitude and ability to explain workflows to customers Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload Experience with Leica or similar platforms is an advantage, but not necessary (training provided) Renumeration package:€55,000 €65,000 base salary (DOE) Sales-based commission structure Company vehicle Company phone Pension scheme after the first year Performance-based half year and end of year bonuses Product training and manufacturer support Career progression into senior business management role Opportunity to work with market-leading technology Why join us: Take ownership of an established and growing business area Work with industry-leading reality capture technology Strong existing customer base High autonomy with clear career progression Skills: Surveying Laser scanning Construction CAD BIM AnalysisManagement Benefits: Company Vehicle Mobile Phone Performance Bonus Pension Fund CommissionTPBN1_IJ
