Senior Site Manager, Kildare

Full-time position for a Residential Project based in Kildare with immediate start. ML Quinn Construction Ltd is a well‑established main contractor with over 33 years’ experience focused on delivering high‑quality Construction and Design Projects all across Kildare and other surrounding counties nationwide.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our expanding team on a range of based projects located throughout Kildare. The initial project will involve new residential developments in Kildare, commencing immediately.Duties and Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day site operations from commencement through to completion Set out works from engineers’ and architects’ drawings Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction details Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery Plan works effectively to ensure programme targets and deadlines are achievedLiaise with client representatives, consultants and design team members as required Ensure all works are completed to the highest Health&Safety standards Maintain high‑quality workmanship throughout all stages of construction Manage material ordering, deliveries and on‑site stock control Maintain accurate site records including site diaries, delivery records and QA documentation Assist with project planning, cost control and site reportingSkills and Experience

Engineering Degree/ Diploma Minimum 8+ years’ experience as Site Manager for a Main Contractor on construction sites in Ireland Proven experience delivering on Residential projects, including apartment developments Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication Self‑motivated when delivering on safety, quality and programmeFull Driving License Ability to commute to or relocate within the Kildare area What We Offer
