Person in Charge (PIC)

on behalf of a well-established organisation providing disability support services in Kildare. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced health and social care professional to oversee services supporting both

children and adults with disabilities . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care while leading and supporting staff teams to deliver positive outcomes for service users. Role

Lead the day‑to‑day management of disability support services. Promote a culture of person‑centred care and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Support, mentor, and develop staff teams. Maintain high standards of service delivery and governance.Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders. Requirements

Relevant Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Health or Social Care. Previous management experience within disability, social care, or healthcare services. Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full clean driving licence.What’s on Offer
