An established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the business on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams, driving employee engagement, and managing the full HR function within a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly into senior management, you will play a key role in supporting the business across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and HR operations.Location&Package

Onsite: 5 days a week Contract: 9 months Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day HR function across the business Supporting managers with employee relations and performance management Leading recruitment and onboarding activities Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice Managing HR reporting, records, and employee documentationSupporting learning, development, and wider people initiatives Partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Manager position Strong knowledge of Irish employment law Experience managing employee relations matters Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage a standalone HR function
