Production Operative, Dublin 10

Operate equipment according to best practices while complying with health and safety regulations and company policiesProvide comprehensive production service across the site, including operating plant, performing maintenance schedules, and responding to breakdownsMonitor production lines and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standardsPerform necessary quality assurance analysis and update information systems in a timely mannerActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and apply new skills to drive operational excellenceDevelop and maintain world-class performance standards using agreed KPIs including overall equipment effectiveness

 

Requirements

 

• Direct manufacturing operational experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles and machinery operation/control
• Working knowledge of SAP & EWM systems
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and HSE applications
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Forklift license preferred
