We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our well-established client based in Park West.

The Role

As part of the customer service team, you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of support to customers and business clients. You will assist with customer queries, administrative tasks, and day-to-day support while ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries via phone and email
• Providing professional and efficient customer support
• Maintaining accurate customer records and reports
• Supporting B2B customers and dealership partners
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries
• Delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels
• Managing administrative duties and updating internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
