Inform3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Construction Manager/Junior Project Manager to work on civils projects in Laois. This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction manager to join a busy contractor and to progress in a new role. Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:

Report in Senior Management Ensure the site complies with the Project Plan Ensure the site is a safe place to work Oversee Direct and Sub-Contractor teams, coordinate daily with the teams regarding their duties Complete on a regular basis the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.Manage and plan all Plant, Machinery and Equipment To ensure safe working practices are adhered to, as outlined in method statements and risk assessments To attend sub contractors’ meetings and site staff meetings. Complete regular reports on pass onto Senior Management Complete Toolbox talks and Health&Safety Briefings Liaise with the client Complete any other duties as and when required Construction Manager Required Qualifications/Experience:

5 years’ plus experience in a similar role Experience in managing civils site teams Proven track record of successful project delivery Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Full Driving License Excellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
