Know the Role The Business Manager will report to the Regional Manager and oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Dundrum counter at Trinny London. The role includes leading a team, achieving targets, delivering exceptional customer service, creating business plans, and ensuring smooth running of the store.

Your Daily To-dos

Lead the team and achieve individual and store targets.

Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date with current beauty trends.

Conduct appointments and elevate artistry for clients.

Demonstrate a customer‑centric approach at all times.

Manage daily, monthly and quarterly operations of the counter, creating business plans to ensure success.

Prepare and distribute rotas; log payroll, sickness, holidays, 121 notes, ROCs and RTW checks in Tamigo.

Oversee inventory checks, stock counts and visual merchandising.

Accurately follow health and safety procedures.

Use retail management and team meetings to review counter performance.

Ensure the team meets business objectives, targets and KPIs; address underperformance with support from the Training Team or Area Manager.

Motivate the team to improve artistry, product knowledge and performance, using education and training resources.

Conduct weekly 121s and monthly reviews, championing team ambition.

Address performance, attendance or conduct issues independently in line with Trinny London expectations; engage appropriate procedures and escalation when necessary.
