: Full time, Permanent. 08:00 - 14:30 M/F Responsibilities

Tint color paints, lacquers, and mix stains according to provided recipes, production specifications, and schedules. Adhere to waste minimization practices and company safety and housekeeping rules throughout the blending process. Retain samples and maintain batch-wise data for future reference.Ensure your workspace and surrounding areas remain tidy. Maintain and clean machinery (dispensers, mixers, shakers) and report any faulty equipment to the Facility Manager. Uphold safe operating procedures by thoroughly understanding safety rules and lab procedures. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.Coach and mentor less experienced workers in using production equipment and resolving problems. Effectively organize, plan, delegate, and coordinate projects from design through implementation. Follow all waste management procedures. Rework or adjust returned materials from customers. Operate and maintain the Corob / Dromont tinting machine.Qualifications

Experience within the paint or coatings industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Excellent communication skills. A strong willingness to learn and develop. A high level of accuracy. Ability to perform manual work, including lifting. A valid driving license. The Offer
